On the 11th and 12th of December 2009 Brainclinics (Nijmegen, the Netherlands) will organize a QEEG, ERP and Personalized Medicine workshop on interpretation of QEEG reports, the latest developments on EEG phenotypes and the EEG Vigilance model (Bente, 1964) with a focus on ADHD and Depression. The workshop will be presented by Martijn Arns and Sebastian Olbrich (Universitatsklinikum Leipzig ). The Personalized Medicine aspect will focus on medication, neurofeedback and rTMS. Furthermore, a new update will presented on the 2-dimensional Vigliance-Brainrate model after having tested several elements of this model and Sebastian Olbrich will present an introduction and new research findings from the EEG Vigilance model.
In addition new data on ERP’s, Genetics and the relation between EEG and other variables will be presented of a large scale study in progress (N>800).
The training will have a hands-on character where participants really learn to interpret raw EEG and QEEG data.
The costs will be 500 euro per person for 2 days including lunch. The language during the course is English. For beginners there will be an additional introduction on the Thursday afternoon preceding the workshop, this is included in the price.
Accrediatie voor Klinisch Psycholoog (BIG) FGZP en Neurofeedbackpsycholoog NIP zijn aangevraagd.
