Neurofeedback, rTMS, Sleep & QEEG: Training Course & Workshop Calender

Brainclinics and the neuroCare Group are specialized in innovative neuromodulation treatments such as rTMS (Magnetic brain stimulation) for depression and OCD and Neurofeedback for ADHD and insomnia. On a regular basis training courses and workshops are organized by Brainclinics and neuroCademy. These training courses are intended for clinicians, academics and researchers to learn more about these neuromodulation techniques and learn to apply these in their own practice or in research settings. In our courses we dedicate a lot of time on hands-on training together with one of our specialists, so you can get the most from our training courses! Over the last 10 years we have trained more than 400 professionals from more than 30 countries in the use of these neuromodulation techniques, with an average evaluation of 8.9/10 (based on >180 evaluations)!

The page below will give you an overview of the planned neuromdodulation training courses, workshops and masterclasses for 2016 like rTMS for depression and OCD and Neurofeedback in ADHD and insomnia. Furthermore, under the the sub-heading on the left will provide you with more detailed information per course, such as more detailed information about the BCIA accredited neurofeedback certification course. Courses are organized by NeuroAcademy and take place in Munich (Germany) or Nijmegen (The Netherlands).

For more background information also see the section from Research Institute Brainclinics on Applied Neuroscience, Personalized Medicine and Neuromodulation techniques. For treatments offered by Psychology Practice Brainclinics also see Neurofeedback for ADHD and rTMS treatment for Depression.

rTMS for depression, OCD and new developments: 2-day rTMS course (ENGLISH)

The course is for academics and clinicians who want to use the technique of transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with psychotherapy (e.g. cognitive behavourial therapy) for the treatment of Depression, OCD and other indications as well as for researchers who want to use rTMS in research-settings. Also more advanced topics such as the use of EEG and QEEG to predict and optimize rTMS treatment, other neuromodulation techniques (tDCS, tACS) and sleep problems and chronobiology will be covered. During this course there is ample time dedicated to hands-on training with different types of rTMS equipment, supervised by one of our experienced rTMS specialists.

Dutch: Accreditation for FGZP (11 pt.) and NVvP (12pt).

Presenter: Dr. Martijn Arns, Dr. Kerstin Mayer & drs. Vera Kruiver

Course location: Nijmegen, The Netherlands

This course is fully booked

June 21-24

This 4-day neurofeedback training course is for academics, clinicians and researchers who are interested to learn about the application of neurofeedback in the treatment of ADHD, insomnia and other indications as well how to validly apply neurofeedback in research settings. The course will further focus on the use of QEEG in personalizing neurofeedback treatment, learning theory and includes dedicated hands-on training on neurofeedback, interpretation of sleep diagnostics and actigraphy, and QEEG interpretation supervised by one of our experienced specialists.

This training course is based on the international 36-hours didactic neurofeedback blueprint from the The Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). This course is taught in English.

This didactic education program is accredited by BCIA and for Dutch health professionals by: FGZP (21pt) & SRVB, NIP A&O A&G (66pt), Neurofeedbackpsycholoog NIP (36pt).

Presenter: Dr. Martijn Arns, Dr. Kerstin Mayer & Drs. Vera Kruiver (BCN)
